YL is putting in work to build a solid foundation straight out of NYC. YL has this nostalgic classic New York sound unlike no other. His wordplay is next level and the beats feel like NY. The samples he raps over on his new project “Soda Club” remind me of the heatmakers. I’ll love to hear YL on a record with Juelz Santana one day, it’s much needed. YL 13 song project will have you playing it back a few times. I feel 2022 should be a breakout year for him.
