First up, I wanted to make sure we acknowledge Prince Ink. This man walked straight out the fed building and got to work. it’s not like he missed one step since returning back home. He’s proud to rep the Southside and Prince Ink is on the scene heavy. Prince made sure he created a face card record with “Fresh Out”. Lately he’s been seen heavy with QC the label, T.I. and DJ Drama. Sometimes it’s not about the music. It’s about who you know. And for Prince Ink he has both working for him. Check out his latest release below.
Next Up is RobNHood TRA he’s repping Flat Shoals Exit 66 85 south. The time is now and he’s the future to the Southside. He has the young street audience attention and he has some OG’s in his circle to keep him out of trouble. RobNHood TRA has been on the rap scene for a while. He actually went under a few different names. With RobNHood TRA building up his presence and brand The sky is the limit for him. I’m sure he will be signing soon. Make sure you check out his project “Exit 66” here.
Godby Road-Old National College Park rapper Z6sleepy Rose has showed no signs of slowing down. His video “Gangsta” created a buzz. The way he spells his name will help you remember his brand. Z6sleepy has been through a lot. But he’s rapping about everything he’s been through and putting it on wax. Rumor is Bases Loaded Records is trying to sign him.
Jimmy The Rocket is on fire. His flow is rapid like a AK-47. He’s like a updated LL Cool J, the ladies love him and the fellas rock with his movement. Jimmy has been cosigned by Waka Flocka , PeeWee Longway, and Alley Boy from DTE. Jimmy is focused and he’s in the studio working everyday. It’s only the start for this rising star. With deals on the table for Jimmy only time will tell where he lands.
RioUpNext is talking cash. He’s tired of the fake wanna be gangster rappers. RioUpNext actually got shot not to long ago. I really hope he’s healing up well. He has what it take to be a stand out rapper from the Southside. He’s ready to motivate the real again, with what he’s bringing to the table. His latest video for “Run It Up” made some noise. Don’t sleep on this underdog on the come up.
Mali Meexh just got back home. The streets need Mali and a lot of people are happy to see him back. I believe it’s deeper than rap with Mali Meexh. He gives you that Young Jeezy vibe. Mali may just motivate you to go hit that corner. The grind never stops and Mali puts that in his music. He’s spitting and it’s no mumble type rap when it comes to Mali Meexh. He puts some lines in his rap that a ordinary person could relate to. “Coming in late, got my girl feeling some type of way”. Real life raps right there. Make sure you check out Mali Meexh.
