Despite their name, B.O.Y doesn’t actually contain any men. This all-girl powerhouse foursome has a particularly compelling mission. They want to inspire their audiences to love themselves and one another. More specifically, the young ladies collectively oppose ‘negative permeates, faulty assumptions, and ongoing self-defeating behavior.’ Thus, B.O.Y offers an excellent sound paired elegantly with an equally important message that is very much worth the time of their listeners.

While all lovers of classic and innovative music will find something to love on ‘Be Only You,’ the records will be especially poignant for younger female fans that battle with self-esteem issues. In a modern culture chock-full of negatively impactful social media, the band’s message is dramatically relevant and immensely important. Young women, now more than ever, face self-consciousness through a
variety of issues. B.O.Y is here to remind them, and everyone else, that they should be themselves and be proud of that.

Each member of the group also has their own moniker. Gianni is WILDBOY. Miesha, B.BOY. Miyah is known as HOTBOY, and Summer, RUDEBOY. The band can be  followed on social media and their website, all of which can be found below.
