Scotty ATL and his Cool Club brand are throwing a concert called The Cooligans Festival next week and to go along with the event they have an official mixtape hosted by DJ Mike Mars. The first release is from Scotty ATL with assistance from fellow ATLien Kap G for new track “Homework.”
