Que dropped off his new mixtape I Am Que. earlier this week, and now that we’ve had time to digest it, the Cardo-produced “12AM” has surfaced as a highlight. Somewhat removed from the more punchy beats from Metro Boomin and Sonny Digital found on the project, “12AM” gives Que a more ethereal backdrop, allowing him to explore his range, holding on to his catchy delivery, but riding the beat rather than battling it.
