OnewayTaris released the mainstream-sounding album “Lavender Rose.”
The album starts with “TOP FLOOR,” which talks about all the things that have held Taris back. But, no matter how many obstacles come his way, Taris explains that his future fame is inevitable.
He then transitions into arguably the best song on the album, “BACK AN BACK.” The production features a sampled voice, a beautiful piano melody, Internet-Money-like drums, and a crazy beat switch in the song’s latter half. The song was already easy to listen to, but the beat switch captivates listeners and excites them for the rest of the song. Out of all the songs, “BACK AN BACK” has the most potential to blow!
The following two songs, “GODLY” and “SHIT TALKER,” feature Reallionaire Ray. These two artists can be opposites; for example, Taris uses his voice to be more melodic while Ray chooses to stick to using his regular voice. But, this duo has potential. The two songs they hop on together have hard verses from Ray and great hooks from Taris. These two display the skills they excel at and combine to create great music.
