NAUTI, AKA Babylon Don, is making strides to become the biggest rapper out of New Zealand with his latest project “Road to a Brick”. The project in my opinion is immediately a classic, his flow is so unique and refreshing compared to everything else releasing at the moment. When I first streamed “Road to a Brick” I was instantly blown away by his composition and how each track flows to the next with ease. It reminded me of when I first heard 50 Cent’s “The Massacre” when I was like 10 years old, and learned what real rap is. Nauti is insanely talented. The beat selection on the project is actually insane, he uses tons of brass instruments and hard hitting snares, that compliment his aggressive flow perfectly which reminded me why I fell in love with rap music. Overall, I got my money on Nauti hitting the mainstream audience soon, and “Road to a Brick” is the perfect project to introduce y’all to New Zealand’s next star.
