When I listen to Mynameisntjmack’s new project “Bookmark” I get an earthy vibe. It feels organic and not forced when it comes to his sound. The production feels like something from that Common, Mosdef, and Outkast era in music. Mynameisntjmack is making music that can shift the culture in a major way. A lot of people are just throwing out projects without investing time into creating. This 6 song project feels well put together and gets you ready to hear more. I’m looking forward to seeing some visuals from the project. A lot of these records could use a dope video to elevate the value of the songs. Some of my favorites from the project are “Leak” and “Walk Around”. Check out the complete project below and show some love early!
