Koncept Too Cold is flexing hard in his new video “Trappin In Da Rain”. He’s not letting up even if it’s raining. He’s letting the world know he’s not letting up no time soon. He’s based out of Sacramento, CA and he’s holding it down with no problem. In the video he’s smoking big blunts and kicking with ladies in the pool.
