Straight out of Cleveland, OH Jonela Cartier is holding it down. He has a nice choppy rapid-fire flow, to be honest. I feel in due time he has some potential to make some noise. His new record “Boopin N Boppin” is basically Jonela popping his sh*t on a record. Showcasing his talents and how he can hold it down. Solid record to prove you can do it. Next for Jonela is proving he can stay consistent and make progression. One thing he has going for him is his delivery.
