The DMV area is loaded with talent. It’s a mecca for the go-go sound and more. I’m not sure why more artists don’t flourish from that scene but there should be more. Eric Penn might be the next artist to blow coming out of the DMV. His sound is soulful and will make you catch the goosebumps. After receiving attention on NPR’s Top Shelf Tiny Desk Contest. Eric Penn decided to release a song on streaming platforms. His record “Catastrophic” is a live version and it’s out of this world great!
