Big Sean made a late night TV appearance on Monday (April 20) and delivered an emotionally charged version of “One Man Can Change The World” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Before performing the Dark Sky Paradise cut, Sean dedicated the performance to his late grandmother and said a few words about the amazing woman.
