As a Hip-Hop duo like we’ve never seen before, “El Capitan” goes over and beyond ordinary measures. With a makeup of two Southern Californian locals, Abhi the Nomad (21), and Foster the Orrin (19) takes the idea of hip hop/funk fusion to new heights with an electric mix of today’s spirit. “El Capitan” has dedicated all of their time to researching a cure for the common rapper and also dealing in the art of radical rhymes.
The homegrown California natives met in college where a career in music together was merely an afterthought. Abhi met Foster through a mutual friend. He heard him rhyme and knew his talent was undeniable. Foster writes all of his own material and produces on occasion, putting most of his focus on “El Capitán.” They recently released a new music video for their single “Zodiac” that is highly praised all over the hip-hop social networks. El Capitan recently released a new project called “Vanilla Chocolate”.
