Cee is an artist from Danville, VA currently living in Staten Island, NY. Here he founded the hip-hop collective, The Commission, a support system aiming to build a legacy in the hip-hop culture. Recently, he appeared in Baltimore Hip-Hop Cypher Part 3 (available on youtube) with fellow Commission member, Buddah.
