Brilliant Breeze, hailing from Danville, VA, is one of the three original members of the Commission. His smooth delivery and calm lyrics are very reminiscent of the early stages of hip hop. This is the fourth release from The Commission, but the first for Brilliant Breeze this year as he continues to prepare his 2nd project “Still Waters Run Deep”.
