Erik Heath a.k.a. Legendary was born October 15 1990 in Baltimore Maryland. His father’s side of the family is from in the D.M.V. area, his mothers side is from Birmingham, Alabama. He lived between the two states his whole life. He grew up and took an interest in the streets, but decided graduating high school and college was more important. He started writing music at 12 but didn’t take it seriously until age 21. Having the balance between his street mentality and his education allows him to create music for his diverse fan base. His music is based on childhood experiences as well. Legendary’s intelligent sense of vocabulary allows his listeners to think deeply about the topics discussed in his music. He appreciates the support of his fans, while being eager about sharing more of his talent with the world.
