GVVAAN brings a much-needed, unique vibe to New York. I see him as a talented neo-soul rap artist who effortlessly creates music that he genuinely enjoys. He doesn’t conform to current musical trends, and that’s something to be admired. His vocals and rhyming skills shine through in his records, although I personally appreciate his harmony side even more.
In his latest project “Museum”, the 5-song project features Marcel Allen and Remy Banks. Even Though the project feels personal. GVVAAN switches gears and showcases more of his lyrical abilities with a straight rap vibe. While there is less of his signature harmony, he proves his versatility. Despite some unconventional production choices, GVVAAN’s talent is undeniable. With the right mainstream and commercial production, he has the potential to reach the level of Bryson Tiller. For now, he is steadily building his fan base while staying true to his unique style.
